    Semper Fortis Solutions, LLC (SFS) is looking for individuals with experience as intelligence analysts working in an all-source intelligence environment to fill research analytic positions which support the Special Investigations Division (SID).  Experience as an intelligence analyst is required; experience providing intelligence support to military units is beneficial.  Successful applicants will work as part of the intelligence staff of the Special Investigations Division (SID) of the 902nd Military Intelligence Group at Fort Meade, Maryland providing support to counterintelligence, counterterrorism, insider threat and other related investigations, including force protection and information operations of foreign military and intelligence forces.  Semper Fortis is a small business which specializes in solving challenging problems in the information security, enterprise engineering, identity management, encryption management and cyber security business areas for government and commercial clients using our Agile service delivery methodology.

    • US Citizenship Required
    • 4 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst minimum

    Responsibilities

    Provide day-to-day all-source intelligence analysis in support of the 902nd MI Group’s Special Investigations Division (SID).   Provide research and analysis of existing and emerging threats and vulnerabilities to the commanders and staffs of Army units at all echelons.  Provide recommendations regarding the management, coordination, and development of the operations and training executed by the SID on a daily basis.  Provide all-source analytic support to the SID and its military and Government civilian leaders, as required, to facilitate the effective conduct of all types of investigations with emphasis on counterintelligence investigations.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct liaison with counter-intelligence organizations across INSCOM and the US Intelligence Community in order to facilitate investigations and benefit from potentially relevant investigations by other US agencies
    • Access a wide range of unclassified and classified internal and external databases and resources to conduct data queries
    • Prepare and provide written reports to Government members of the 902nd MI Group

    Skills/Qualifications:   4 or more years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst; familiarity with computer-enabled intelligence analytic tools (e.g., one or more of the DCGS family of analytic tools)

    Qualifications

    Experience:

    • 4 cumulative years of experience as an All-Source intelligence analyst
    • Knowledgeable with Army Regulation 381-12 (Threat Awareness and Reporting Program, Army Regulation 381-20 (US Army Counterintelligence); Army Regulation 381-10 (US Intelligence); and DoD Instruction 5240.23 (Counter-Intelligence Activities in Cyberspace)
    • Be able to apply the principles and requirements of these regulations in any analytical support which they may provide

    • Ability to present information clearly and concisely in written form
    • Ability to orally brief information clearly and concisely using audiovisual aides [slides]
